By downloading, installing, or using the MultiChat Integrator application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. YouTube API Services Agreement

MultiChat Integrator utilizes YouTube API Services to function. By using MultiChat Integrator and connecting it to your YouTube account, you are also explicitly agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Local Use and Responsibility

MultiChat Integrator is provided as a local tool to aggregate your authorized chat streams. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your broadcast, usage of chat data, and general conduct comply with the terms of the platforms you stream on (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Kick).

4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
