Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 3, 20261. Introduction
Welcome to MultiChat Integrator. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our desktop application to aggregate live chat messages.
2. Local Application Processing
MultiChat Integrator is a local desktop application. All processing of chat messages, API keys, and user settings occurs entirely on your local machine. We do not operate external cloud servers that store your chat data, stream credentials, or viewer information.
3. YouTube API Services
MultiChat Integrator uses YouTube API Services to fetch live chat messages from your YouTube broadcasts. By using this application and connecting your YouTube account, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
- Google Privacy Policy: We explicitly adhere to Google's Privacy Policy. You can review it here: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
4. What Data We Collect and Why
Through the YouTube API Services, our application accesses the following information locally:
- Live Chat Messages: Text content of the messages sent during a live stream to display them in the unified interface.
- User Avatares and Usernames: To visually identify chat participants in the UI.
This data is never transmitted to our servers, sold to third parties, or shared externally. It is only held in your local application memory during the active session.
5. Data Deletion and Revoking Access
Because MultiChat Integrator does not store your data on external servers, there is no remote account to delete. Local data can be cleared by uninstalling the application or clearing its local storage files.
Revoking YouTube Access: You can revoke MultiChat Integrator's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Security Settings page. To revoke access, please visit:
